The agency's 500 employees are passionate about its mission of Giving Children Back Their Childhood to the 1,100 Kansas children who suffer from abuse, neglect, abandonment, and trauma.

For more than 100 years, Youthville Family Consultation Services has helped thousands of families get counseling by providing licensed clinicians who offer therapeutic services to anyone age three to adult.
Everyday, there are 1,000 foster children cared for by Youthville staff who actively recruit, support, train and license compassionate foster families. Each foster child receives individualized care through permanency services, clinical services, aftercare, and life skills programs.
Hundreds of children diagnosed with various disorders have been helped by the agency's 24-hour psychiatric residential treatment facility in Dodge City, featuring a therapeutic animal program.
