Meet the Staff

Gerald Snell, LSCSW Chief Clinical Services Officer Interim Campus Director, Dodge City He is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas. He manages Youthville's Clinical Services Department, which includes outpatient and in-home therapy, medication management services and chemical dependency services in multiple locations throughout the state. He has experience in providing mental health services to children, families, individual adults and couples. He has also facilitated parenting education groups and given community presentations on a variety of topics affecting children and families. Gerald is a liaison to internationally renowned child psychologist Dr. Bruce Perry and works with the ChildTrauma Academy to help Youthville achieve institutional certification.

Stacey Winter, LCMFT Campus Director, Newton Stacey is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Kansas. She is responsible for the administrative leadership of the Newton residential program along with the development and oversight of all aspects of clinical programming of the Newton residential department. She has experience as a residential treatment case manager, foster care supervisor and therapeutic foster care coordinator. Stacey also has experience providing individual, marriage, and family therapy and training therapeutic foster care specialists and parents. She has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pittsburg State University.

Shane Darrough
Assistant Campus Director, Dodge City
Shane is responsible for assisting in directing the Dodge City Residential Services. He supervises unit leaders, security coordinator, and school and activity staff. He has experience as a case worker, cottage supervisor and has worked with youth with sexual boundary issues. Shane has a Bachelors in Social Science from Tabor University.

Christina Rossiter
Assistant Director of Milieu Services, Newton
Christina is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive, therapeutic milieu services as well as supervising unit leaders and program staff. She has experience as a Youth Care Worker and Unit Supervisor. Christina has a Bachelors in Business Administration in Accounting from Friends University.
