Gerald Snell, LSCSW Chief Clinical Services Officer He is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas. He manages Youthville's Clinical Services Department, which includes outpatient and in-home therapy, medication management services and chemical dependency services in multiple locations throughout the state. He has experience in providing mental health services to children, families, individual adults and couples. He has also facilitated parenting education groups and given community presentations on a variety of topics affecting children and families. Gerald is a liaison to internationally renowned child psychologist Dr. Bruce Perry and works with the ChildTrauma Academy to help Youthville achieve institutional certification.
Michelle Scheu, LSCSW Director of Youthville Family Consultation Service Michelle is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker. She currently oversees the day-to-day operations of Youthville's Family Consultation Service outpatient counseling program as well as providing clinical supervision and outpatient therapy. As a clinician, she provides psychotherapy to individuals, families and groups and specializes in treatment of sexual abuse, grief/loss issues and play therapy. Michelle has also worked as a social worker in several areas including; adoption, foster care, family services and the Federal Correctional System.
John Caporale, Ph.D., LCP Clinical Supervisor John Caporale is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist. He has worked at Youthville Family Consultation Service since 1991. He specializes in sex offender treatment and psychological testing. He is the author of a therapeutic children's book, "They call me Chicken: A Story of Courage." John has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Emporia State University and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Walden University.
Carrie Couture, LSCSW Clinical Supervisor Carrie Couture is a Licensed Clinical Specialist Social Worker. She supervises outpatient clinicians and provides direct clinical services. She also has experience as a foster care worker, permanency specialist and adult counselor. Carrie has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Kansas along with a Bachelors in Social Work and Spanish from Wichita State University.

She has 12 years of experience working with domestic violence and the child welfare system. She provides direct clinical services to individuals, families and groups with a specialization in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR®) therapy and sex offender therapy. Kirsten Lyman Roberson - Kirsten is a Licensed Master Social Worker located in the Carlton Learning Center.
