Gerald Snell, LSCSW
Chief Clinical Services Officer
He is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas. He manages Youthville's Clinical Services Department, which includes outpatient and in-home therapy, medication management services and chemical dependency services in multiple locations throughout the state. He has experience in providing mental health services to children, families, individual adults and couples. He has also facilitated parenting education groups and given community presentations on a variety of topics affecting children and families. Gerald is a liaison to internationally renowned child psychologist Dr. Bruce Perry and works with the ChildTrauma Academy to help Youthville achieve institutional certification.
Stacey Winter, LCMFT
Campus Director, Newton
Stacey is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Kansas. She is responsible for the administrative leadership of the Newton residential program along with the development and oversight of all aspects of clinical programming. She has experience as a residential treatment case manager, foster care supervisor and therapeutic foster care coordinator. Stacey also has experience providing individual, marriage, and family therapy and training therapeutic foster care specialists and parents. She has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Pittsburg State University.
Patrick Harman, LCP
Campus Director, Dodge City
Patrick Harman is a master's level psychologist in the State of Kansas. He is responsible for the administrative leadership of the Dodge City residential program along with the development and oversight of all aspects of clinical programming. He has experience as a clinical program director, superintendent and administrator. His duties have involved diagnosis, assessment, psychological testing, interpretation of psychometric tests, report writing, crisis intervention. His experience also includes individual, group and family therapy. Harman is a graduate of Fort Hays University.
