How soon can I get an appointment?
Generally, we will be able to schedule your first appointment within a few days of calling. Flexibility in when you can attend will increase our ability to respond to your needs quickly. The need for specialized services or your insurance coverage requiring scheduling with specific therapists may affect available appointment times.
What is the frequency of sessions?
How often you will be seen is based on your current level of need and your availability for appointments. Typically sessions occur weekly or every other week. You can discuss this with your therapist at the time of your first appointment.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on the issues that you bring to therapy as well as your engagement in the process. Many times, clients are able to resolve issues within six to eight sessions. Other presenting problems may take longer to resolve.
How long is each session?
Typically, individual and family sessions last 50 minutes. Group therapy generally runs 90-100 minutes per session.
How much will it cost?
We are able to bill most major insurance companies. Your out-of-pocket expense will depend on your individual insurance plan. A self pay fee schedule is available for those without insurance coverage. Our intake specialists can answer this question based on your individual circumstances.
